What is meant here by ‘The Top 10%’?
This site addresses the 1% with great wealth and adds another 9% – complicit politicians – senior academics, professionals and so on who have ‘positional’ influence.
It also celebrates the ten-per-centers who work for the wider good.
Looks useful, and deserves widespread propagation; the biggest problems are ignorance [as in lack of education] and apathy.
